How to Jelq

The jelq is the most popular and probably oldest penis exercise in the world. It is said to have been first used by nomadic Arabian tribesmen. Today, it is the backbone of most penis exercise routines. It is an effective exercise for length and girth. This is how you do it:

jelq- Lubricate your penis preferably with a water based lubricant, baby oil works fine.

- Massage your penis to about 50 to 75% erection level… don’t do this erect if you’re a beginner.

- Form an OK grip around the base of your penis.

- Slowly move the grip down the penis, while applying a little pressure to it. Be gentle, imagine that your penis is an egg that you don’t want to break.

 -Stop before you reach the penis head, and then repeat with your other hand. Each jelq should take about 3 seconds.

    Your penis should NOT hurt when doing this exercise, if it does then loosen the grip. Also, you might get erect the first few times you do this… when that happens, stop and wait until it’s flaccid again.

    The Basic Stretch

    The basic stretch is probably the most popular penis exercise. It is simple and it is effective. As always, don’t forget to warm up before you do this exercise.

    Here’s how it’s done:

    •  Grab your penis below the glans
    • Pull downward, gently
    •  Hold for 30 seconds
    •  Repeat in all directions: right, left, up, straight out.


    You can do this either standing up or sitting down, as long as you’re comfortable. Do not pull so hard that it hurts. Instead, try to ease into the stretch and feel the pull. Also, only do this when you’re completely flaccid. The erect stretch is a very intense exercise and you can get injured if you’re a beginner.

    Now, how do you incorporate this into your exercise routine? I suggest that after you’ve warmed up, you start with the stretching exercise and you do it for about 5 minutes, then you continue with other exercises, such as jelqing.

    Warming Up Before Exercising the Penis


    Warming up before an exercise routine is of critical importance. The warm-up helps prevent injury and maximize the effectiveness of the workout.


    Method #1: Warm washcloth


    Soak a washcloth in hot water and make sure it doesn’t burn your skin. Wrap it around your penis and leave it there as long as the washcloth is still hot. If it loses heat, soak it in hot water again. Make sure it doesn’t get cold. Do this for about 10 minutes.


    Method #2: Rice sock


    Fill a sock with uncooked rice, but don’t fill it up to the point where you can’t wrap it around your penis any more. When you’re done, put it into the microwave and heat it for approximately a minute. Again, make sure it isn’t too hot, but warm enough for an effective warm-up.
